Sales orders through EDI

Hello 

How can we get the Sales orders created from customers through EDI when it comes to Customer account?

When it comes to multiple customers, each customer seems to have different way of sending their POs. 

How can the Customer number get triggered if the file does not have the customer number?

    Indiguna,

    You should work closely with your EDI partner as you integrate this functionality into Dynamics 365. They can assist you in mapping your specific customer needs and where that data will stem or pull from throughout your environment.

    Hi Indiguna,

    The standard application is missing a business layer to be able to work smoothly with EDI. At To-Increase, we have an EDI Studio solution (ISV add-on) where we can setup different type of EDI messages and setup per party and for other triggers when and which messages will be sent.
