Hi All

We are testing Business Central CRM module to see if we can send an HTML formatted email with links/videos to various sources. Currently I can see you can attach a work document to a segment. Are there any advanced formatting possibilities or we have to export the segments to excel and import into 3P marketing tool? Not sure if other standard solutions or apps exist and curious to know how other use native CRM for campaigns

We are using Clever Document Delivery because we have lots of different email scenario. They have Body HTML editor and it is super user friendly
