it was read oly field property now solved
there is nothing here too
there is no javascript or br in this form

and double click on Account Name field as shown below:
and unchecked this option as shown below:

Check your solution for either form control settings: Control is Read Only, Business Rules or JavaScript.
Somewhere in there your control is set to read-only/disabled.
No, this is not by default. This must be a customization - field is disabled on the form by configuration, JS, Business Rule
