Upgrade from Dynamics 2016 to Dynamics 365 (on-Premises) failed

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our severs from Dynamics CRM 2016 v8.2 to Dynamics 365 on premises, every step of the process went smoothly including migrating over the Organization database.

but when we load the URL we get the below error:

UciError: Organization name: crm found in request URL: crm.bayvl00.local/.../v9.0 is invalid. Expected organization name: MSCRM-Live-BayVL00-Core

Can you tell me what the problem is or how to solve it?

    Do you see this issue with other CRM Organizations as well or only this one? If other CRM Organizations aren't affected, if you have a DB copy taken prior to the DB Upgrade to CRM 9, can you try to reimport it to your deployment manager? Do you see the same behavior?

    Hi,

    I don't have any other CRM Organization, Although I did try re-importing the Organization again. but when i went to browse the url

    crm.bayvl00.local/.../main.aspx I got the same error, so went on the CRM server and tried to browse the organization by clicking on Browse in the Deployment Manager and apparently it worked, when i checked the URL it was mscrm-live-bayvl00-core.bayonetventures.com/main.aspx

    I am not sure why or how that changed or how to change it back or get the local url working again.

    Update: https://crm.bayvl00.local/MSCRM-Live-BayVL00-Core/main.aspx this link works in Chrome without any issues but doesn't work in IE and gives that error.
