True but that requires a spare instance within your Dynamics 365 account and I suspect that isn't available here...

If you are using Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can clear all application data while maintaining all users, customizations, and schema from the source instance, by creating a minimal copy instance.

You can create bulk delete job for clearing all the data.
It's a while since I've done this but you can do it by following the following steps:-
1) Export the whole organisation's solution by exporting the Default Solution as an unmanaged solution.
1a) Create a new trial instance with the same core functionality you have at the moment (Sales/Customer Service....)
1b) install the unmanaged solution you created in that trial instance - if it succeeds move on to step 2.
2) Go to the instance picker and reset your sandbox instance remembering to pick the solutions (Sales / Customer Service...) you have
3) When the instance has been reset and is accessible - install the default solution you exported earlier.
Please do steps 1a and b before proceeding to step 2. You want to know it works before you do this in anger...
