How to call insert temple popup using query string in MS Dynamic CRM 2016.

As we can call  lookup page using query string
/_controls/lookup/lookupsingle.aspx?class=null&objecttypes=" + objecttypecode + "&browse=0&ShowNewButton=0&ShowPropButton=1&DefaultType=0";

same for insert template
