Set Return Email Address for email when creating an email campaign

In quick campaign you can specify who the email is sent from. However after creating a normal Campaign and adding an email activity, we cannot se where to specify the email from. Any help would be grafefully appreciated

    You mean this?

    You can specify the owner for the Quick Campaign that will be used as From

    Then for Campaign you can specify it by selecting the channel to email then you click the distribute campaign Activity:
