Hello,

I have been using this RMS 2.0.0122 on my old xp desktop since 2007.

Is it possible to move the installation to a newer desktop like win 10 ?

Is there anyone who has done it who can provide step by step guidelines?

Do I have to reactivate again ? because i read that it is no longer supported.

I am based on Indonesia and not on CustomerSource.

Thank you

Joie

Hi Joie, if you still have your license key or dongle, you can install RMS on a different computer. Windows 7 Pro is strongly recommended. Windows 10 can work with a few tweaks (OPOS printer drivers can be an issue). Be sure to back everything up before starting. If you do not have your license key or dongle then you will need to order a replacement and Microsoft will require you to be current on RMS annual maintenance (or pay a lapse fee). I do work for a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner in the US if you need paid assistance. Thanks!
