No. Series does not exist when trying to release sales order

Hello,

I came up on a difficult error to deal with. Whenever I try to release the order for pick the error appears, preventing me from releasing the order (screenshot below)

Any help would be appreciated :-)

Hi

Can you please check the following places (if you did not do it already)

in Warehouse Setup check for WHSE Ship No and see which number series defined there. (it this it should be WMS-SHIP in your case.)

Then go to No Series and see if exact code exist there and also has some number range and Default also selected.

This error actually says that, No. Series has been defined in the Warehouse setup. But No. Series does not exist, may be it was created previously and later it has been removed. Try creating the same No. Series again, it should solve your issue (if No Numbers of that No. series were utilized then).
