Hi all,

Is there any way that an approved PO can be edited without having to request change and modify, then submit to the workflow all over again? I have a case where Purchase orders need approval but might change information regularly, so running workflow multiple times might take a lot of time.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, but I'm not sure how Purchasing policies can be applied here to edit approved PO without submitting to workflow again..?

Hi Ramit,

I was able to set up Purchasing policy Reapproval rule for purchasing orders to bypass workflow approval for certain changes in the approved PO.
