Voucher Details screen blank for Global Vouchers

Hi, Just testing out the global vouchers part of FP1 (SP4+HF22), and have noticed that when you SHIFT-CTRL-F3 and select the global voucher + input a valid code, although in the voucher details window it brings up the voucher balance correctly, the selling transaction and other details are not shown. (they are shown for old style store specific vouchers).

Is this by design or am i missing something?

    Hello Will,

    Thank you for your question.

    The transactions details for global vouchers are not show by design in RMS. This is to done to prevent slowing down the Voucher Server while transferring the transaction history of all gift cards queried.

    So how can the cashier check the history of the voucher when global vouchers are used?
