Sales Credit Memo Approval

Hi 
 
We are using MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
New business requirement is to have Sales Credit Memo being approved before release.
I have set up the workflow using available template. The approval user set up has also been completed.
I also added the approver in the Salespeople/Purchaser.
 
But I keep on getting this message

    Hello,

    This error indicates a mismatch between the Salesperson/Purchaser Code assigned to the user and the corresponding entry in the Approval User Setup. Even though you've added the approver in the Salesperson/Purchaser list, Business Central requires that the user ID linked to that salesperson code also exists in the Approval User Setup table with the same Salesperson/Purchaser Code assigned.

    To resolve this, go to the Approval User Setup page, ensure the relevant user is listed, and explicitly assign their Salesperson/Purchaser Code under the Salespers./Purch. Code column. This linkage is necessary for the workflow to validate and proceed with approvals for Sales Credit Memos.

    The salesperson code on the sales credit memo does not exist in the Approval User Setup.
