I have an issue not being able to attach a file to an email in CRM 2011 Email Activity. The System Setting for file limit size is set to 6,144 KB. It says the button is disabled and to talk to my system administrator which is me. (ha) Does anyone know why this would be happening? It was not like this before, but we have not changed anything except for going to Exchange Online instead of On-Premises for our Forward mailbox?
