Hi Guys,

I have got a strange error connecting to one of my CRM organisations using the KingswaySoft CRM Connection Manager, I can connect to all my CRM online orgs except one, when I try to access one of my orgs I get the below error. (See Screenshot).

Thought it was worth seeing if anyone else has come across this issue, the org is working correctly in that I can access it via a browser just not using the connection manager.

I guess it could be a corrupt org and I am sure I will be able to fix it by resetting it but wanted to try other things first before wiping it.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks Kingswaysoft support, this did in fact fix the issue is this due the change in the security architecture of Dynamics 365?

    Hi Antbutcher,

This is Daniel Cai with the KingswaySoft team. You are mostly right, yes, there has been some authentication changes to the CRM online platform which might have caused the trouble. The changes were actually introduced in spring 2016 timeframe, but was not affecting a small number of CRM online instances. It wasn't really the changes introduced by Dynamics 365.

I hope this helps clarify, please feel free to let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with.

    Thanks,
