Hi, All, I am new to CRM, I have built a system in a trial environment however now I would like to activate the customer portal. I have searched youtube and there is some video how to configure the portal but nothing about where I actually find the App so I can start configuring it.

Can someone please tell me where in the admin center I can find the Customer Portal.

    Hi Byron,

    You would beed to login to office portal.

    portal.office.com, from there you need to go to the admin dynamics 365 and then applications.

    From there you can selecr the portal and say install.
