Fleet Management Module

Hello all,

I have one customer who are in to fleet management business and i cannot find the a solution in D365 , where the customer has own vehicles which will be given to clients for Monthly or Per day rentals and they want to track the trips cost and revenue for both scenario and they want to have the pre requisties and post requisite to be handled in D365 like inspection,mileage, additonal cost , insurance, break down etc. if any specialist onf Transport management, please assist to share any user manual to handle this process i can see youtube videos only for PO and SO operation not explicitly on trip where my client just handle fleets.... also i see one module in usconebox as Fleet management https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/dev-tools/introduction-fleet-management-sample?WT.mc_id=DX-MVP-5000413 but this module is not available for use in sandbox or production this is some how help to manage the trips and rental but not covering all expectation. can any one guide is this ISV or microsoft feature how we can enable this feature.
