Top Navigation Bar is missing?

I have created a custom navigation button on the sitemap that links to a custom system view.  When I click on it I get the view but it is missing the top navigation bar.  I have included the navbar=on and the cmdbar=true in my url.  Are there any other parameters that would enable the top navigation bar to display?

    replace "&navbar=on" with "&web=true" will work. However the nav bar "breadcrumb" will not be correct. 

     

    eg. If I open the Active Contacts view I would expect the navbar to show that I am in SALES / CONTACTS, but it will default to the first item in your sitemap.. for me it was SALES / DASHOBARDS. Not a big deal for me so a good workaround.

    I would suggest you utilize http://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ to do the customization in case you are missing something.  This tool does a good job of making sure all the steps are covered as you customize things like the navigation in CRM.
