Hi, Does anyone know how I can pull a customer list from Business Central with the full address and company reg numbers, along with the payment terms etc?

As those are pre-existing fields on the Customer table, you can use the "Personalize" functionality, if you're working with Production, or if you're working in Sandbox, then you have the option to use "Personalize" or "Designer" functionality. Add the fields to the Customer List page and adjust the width as required.

Personalize:

Thanks, but the options for the address was not available in the personalize section on the customer screen?

Hi Lesley,

If you want to see the fields in the "Customer List" itself, you can do the following:

1. Create/Go to Sandbox,

2. Using the designer add the fields on the Customer List

3. Download the extension file (*.app)

4. Install that extension in the "Production" environment.

If you require it in a report, then I believe Steven has given a great suggestion.
