Hi Gurus,

Please let me know how to auto tag Leads and Contacts with campaign details after email campaigns carried out via a third party email tool that is outside of CRM 2011?

    Hi, You can bulk import campaign responses with a corresponding status - see www.powerobjects.com/.../using-campaign-responses-in-crm-2011
