Weird Take Action Message after the upgrade to 16.0

My Production environment got successfully updated overnight to version 16.0. However when I log into it - I get a very strange notification:

Did anyone have a similar problem? Should I worry about that or it's just a notification sent in error?

Any answers would be appreciated.

I just logged into one of our customers production environment who upgrade from 15.4 to 16.0 few hours back and I didnt see any action message.

May be it is a glitch.

Just make sure that Version is 16.0
