Report not running in Batch processing

Hi I am facing an issue when i run my custom report in Batch processing.

Actually when i run same report with less data then it works fine. But when i give larger range then i gives the following error after 1 hour processing in batch job.

There are at least 5 lack records (rows) which goes to be shown on report.

Neen help about this issue. I want to run report without error in Batch processing.
