I am attempting to build a Power App for users to approve workflows via an app (that sort of complements the email approvals). Can surface all the data, but don't fully understand the URL the workflow engine creates:
Where is this part of the URL coming from -- the instance:

Have looked in all the workflow-related tables and don't see anything, so is this web services doing something?
