Is Work Hours part of Field Service App? Can we work hours if we only have the Instance with Customer Service App Installed?

Work Hours is quite old. You will have no problem using the solution above

    Hi Bhavik,

Yes, you can use work hours. There is also an oob function available in web api which you can use by passing userid, dates and time slot which you want to check.

    Refer this-docs.microsoft.com/.../queryschedule

    Thanks Shaminderpal,

Is there any OOB actions available where we can pass the user and date-time and get the availability?

Another query: Is Work Hours part of Field Service App? Can we work hours if we only have the Instance with Customer Service App Installed?

    Hi,

I believe you can get it using   QueryScheduleRequest sdk class.

    Refer this -docs.microsoft.com/.../microsoft.crm.sdk.messages.queryschedulerequest
