How i resolve this problem?

    Try using Incognito mode, it won't give error.

    Hi,

    Did you still meet such issue when you login CRM From Admin Center > Dynamics 365? If all user met such issue , pls ask D365 technical to check whether you Instance is disabled.

    Are you getting this error as soon as you login?  or on accessing any specific page? Do you use other functionalities like Click Dimensions in your applications?

    Hi Shakthi,

    Make sure the following you have logged out from all other CRM instances (clear cache and cookies).  If yes, perform the following.

    1. Try opening the same in incognito/private window.

    2. Close the current browser window and open a new one.

    Does this happening for all user or particular user?

    Not sure this seems , environment related issue , try to contact Microsoft as you are using Online version.

    Else, can be becaus eyou don't have the required security roles to access this instance.

    Can you check if the user has been assigned a D365 license in O365?

    usually, this is an internal DNS error.

    Try clearing your cache, and then try  to login from a private/incognito window.
