purchase order calculating the wrong qty when created from reorder counts at the stores

    Brian,

    A few questions for you:

    1. What version of RMS/HQ are you using?

    2. Is this happening at all stores or just 1?

    3. Is this happening with multiple items or just 1?

    4. Are you restock/reorder points the same at HQ as they are at the store?

    5. Are the quantities for items synchronized between HQ and the store?
