CRM 2013 Email Router not working after inplace upgrade

Hi 
After an inplace upgrade from CRM 2011 to 2013, i did a uninstall 2011 install 2013 of the email router. 

After i set up the Configuration profiles and Deployments, i try to click on Load Data 
i get a error message and the error details is 
The service ´/XmrServices/2011Discovery.svc´cannot be activated due to an exception during compilation. The exception message is: The authentication scheme " negotiate" is not supported 

I´ve googled and googled, but have been unable to find a solution 

Can you help ?
