We have recently deployed the CRM app for outlook. For some the app works as advertised. However, for some users, the App pane is not rendering correctly for appointments. Instead of the expected pane, it is reduced in size and occupies the top left corner of the pane (see screen shot). If you fiddle with the window width after opening the app, you can resolve the issue. But that is not a good user experience!
Does anyone know what might be causing this, or whether there are some settings I am unaware of that could control this?
