
We are currently using Dynamics 365 Business Central on Azure from different locations around the world. We have an issue when users login using their windows credentials, some times they take up the session of another user that has just closed his browsing session.
This is happening for users from different IPs and Browsers and even in Incognito modes.
We have been trying to figure out if this is an issue from the Business Central installation or Azure Caching or something wrong with the publishing.
Hello! This kind of issue would be best handled thru a support case so we can review the telemetry involved. I will leave this open for the community to respond but it will be hard to diagnosis without looking at your environment.
