Hi all,
As part of a data conversion process moving from v4 to v2011 contacts owned by staff members not in the new system (left company) need to be assigned to someone. Someone was chosen to be the new owner but now regrets that decision. We need to change the owner of 400+ records to a new single owner. We can select the records with an advanced find and select edit, but the owner field is not active. Is there any other way of making this change through CRM?
