Find Event : All events are not visible?

Hello, I was trying to figure out a proper event to run few lines of code.
After a lot of tries i could not find the event i was looking for.
I asked help from my friend and she sent me the following EventSubscriber:
 
[EventSubscriber(ObjectType::table, Database::/Sales Header/, 'OnbeforeValidateEvent', /Sell-to Customer No./, false, false)]
    local procedure OnInsertRecordEventSalesQuote(var Rec: Record /Sales Header/; var xRec: Record /Sales Header/)
    begin
    end;
 
But when i search for the same event it is not visible to -
 
In similar path , i used Event Recorder option on Business Central to find about other events, I tried to look for other events by searching  Find Event ! option and those events are also not visible to me.
 
I have event changed the version to 11 and also tried to create another project with lastest version but still those events are not visible to me
 
Why this is happening that I am unable to search for specific event subscriber?

    Existing events can be found here.

    You have the table events here. and I think you are looking for this event, from field "Sell-to Customer No."of table "Sales Header".

    Event is :: OnbeforeValidateEvent 
     
    OnInsertRecordEventSalesQuote - it is only procedure name.. you can not find this in Event Subscribers.

    Hi, not sure what event you are searching for. 
    Please note that the trigger event, as shown in your screenshot, cannot be searched. And if your event name is inaccurate, it will not be searchable.
     
    Hope this can give you some hints.
