Hi Everyone,
i am getting an issue when publish my extension show you have not permission for publish app.
here am attaching image for clarification.
can anyone suggest how can we publish app without developer license.

You need a valide license for the objects you want to publish as long as you are on-prem.
If you are in a test/dev enviornment you can try to use the demolicense from the product DVD but that will probably not really help you.
Contact your partner and get a valid correct license for your purpose.
Hi, From the screenshot, the environment you accessed is the On-Premises version, and license development is not free. (Maybe you can try object range 50000~50010).If you only want to do some tests, SaaS is recommended. Object range (50000~99999) and development license are all free.

You need license if you are publishing to on-prem (or docker).
If you are working with SaaS, then it is free.
My suggestion is to change your app.json file in ranges, please mention ID from 50100 to 50149.
This should work with your on-prem cronus demo license, make sure you are using demo database.
