XML for Voice of the Customer is invalid.

Every time I paste in the code I've been given in the XML to import section of my CRM opportunity, it gives this error.

This was due on Monday, I need answers. Thank you!

    Hi Shawn,

    Do you work in a multi-langual environment? I found out that using HTML tags in the text of questions is converted wrongly to the translated XML. All HTML commands are converted to, for example the less then sign becomes  &lt;
