Sale Transaction Entry Showing Extended Price as zero

Hi,

On Sale Transaction Entry I have following fields i.e. Invoice Quantity = 1, Unit Price =18 But extended price is zero.

Our user suggested Extended Price should be 18*1 i.e 18.

Can you suggest under what scenario it can be zero.

I've seen this before, but I never ran down the 'why'. Have you tried removing the line in error and re-entering it again? If the SOP document isn't too long, I would delete the existing document and start over.

If you expand the scrolling window, Is Billed qty 0? that causes extended price to 0. By default it matches the Invoice qty, not sure if any issues with it for you.

Hi,

Do you have a list price for the item? If the item price = 0, the extended price will equal zero. You need to make sure the item has a cost assigned to it.
