Business Alerts

I have created a business alert that looks at created date for an account. I have created an alert that notifies you when an account created date is equal to the system date. I would like it to check for these conditions every few minutes the problem is that it keeps repeating the alert every few minutes because it keeps seeing those conditions met. Is there anyway to keep this alert from repeating.

I ended up using create date = system date  and using account time stamp is between ( system date time minus one) and (system date time plus one)

Yes the keep alert history box is checked. I tried un checking that but it didn't seem to work.

Did you mark the keep alert history box on the scheduling screen?

You can write your own SQL for use in Business Alerts.  I would create a select statement that uses the timestamp column as well as the created date and query for results where the create date = system date and timestamp value > system time and copy/paste the statement into the Business Alert SQL window.
