No work can be created while load is posted and wave is created (WMS, OUTBOUND SHIPMENT)

Hi guys,

 I meet a problem about WMS.

My client uses WMS in DFO (version:10.0.22 (10.0.995.51). In this week we find that the system is weired. 

The setup for WMS should be ok. But the work for the sales order can't be created, the load (status: posted), wave (status: create) and shipment (status: create) are there, but no work.

Then I check the wave processing history, the system says "The load line must specify the dimensions above the location. Found invalid load lines in wave. Please remove the invalid load lines.". 

But sometimes the work can be created, please see the screenshot.

Then I double check the Location directives of "sales order picking" and its query.

It should be fine as my product is in location "PPZ1" and the PPZ1 is with the location profile ID"PPZ".

Do you have such experience about this issue?
