"Error: Subreport could not be shown" when viewing reports in production environment

Hi All

I've a report with some sub-reports that is displaying properly in the development environment but throws an error in production. The error message is "Error: Subreport could not be shown.".

I've tried deleting the reports in the production environment and re-creating them by importing a solution. This has not worked.

Anyone with ideas on how to resolve this?

Have you tried relinking the subreports as mentioned here:

www.powerobjects.com/.../error-sub-report-could-not-be-shown

Hi,

please try below steps :

From Reports section select the subreport and click on edit

Remove the value in Parent Report look up field

Map Parent Report again

And republish the report
