Dropbox issue doesn't work in Navision Business Central

Hi all,

Guys, I need your help very much. I hope you can find out what this is. 

When a user starts using the Dropbox feature, something goes wrong. At moment when a user wants to drag a pdf file or an email with attachment or without attachment, to Dropbox and import, an error message comes up. I don't understand this error message and can't get it fixed at all. This is very random and it happens occasionally.

I did rebooting Nav, removing and reinstalled, checking internet connection and also for mapping checked and those are all good.
Dropbox function also reinstalled and set up again but we keep getting this error message. Do any of you specialists have an alternative solution?

    I asked a developer from our partner. It is indeed a customised solution. Anyway, thanks for your quick response. Forum can be closed.

    Hi,

    It seems that you are using a .Net DLL as your Variable Data type, and it not working well when trying to initiate, please try to check that in which machine and user its failing, seems that you have to re-install to that machine.

    The dropbox feature is not a part of standard Dynamics NAV.

    So you will have to contact the developer / partner who created this add-on and have them assist you in debugging this issue.
