Agree with the previous responses. If you're unable to resolve the issue, raising a support ticket is the best option.

I encountered this problem in earlier versions and it was solved by installing the fonts.
If you still can't find a solution, it is recommended to submit a SR to Microsoft to help investigate.

    Thanks

Check if the "Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro" font is installed on your system. If it's missing, you can add it by installing the "Pan-European Supplemental Fonts" optional feature in Windows: Go to Settings > Apps > Optional features. Click on Add a feature. Search for Pan-European Supplemental Fonts and install it.

    Thanks
    Ramesh

The font you mentioned is in the supported list, so this problem should not occur.

Try changing the Region or changing to another PC, maybe this can solve the problem.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi,

    1. Font not embedded – make sure it's installed on the server or embedded in the Word layout.

    2. Font file bug – try a different version (e.g., TTF instead of OTF).

    3. Rendering engine change – try exporting to PDF instead of printing directly.

    4. Temporary workaround – use a different font (like Arial) just for the number 1.

Let me know if you're using RDLC or Word layout, and if it's SaaS or on-prem
