Calculate Trailing Twelve Months figure on Account Schedule

We are to create an Account Schedule with the columns Trailing Twelve Months (TTM) and Prior TTM. We would like this available for a dashboard, but currently, we have to manually update the numbers in it's own report, and add them to the dashboard. We would like this all to function dynamically. No matter how we try to configure the formula for these two columns, we can't get an accurate number.

Any ideas or solutions might be helpful.

*TTM would be [April 21] + [May 21] + [June 21] + [July 21] + [August 21] + [Sept 21] + [Oct 21] + [Nov 21] + [Dec 21] + [Jan 22] + [Feb 22] + [March 22],

Prior TTM would be [April 20] + [May 20] + [June 20] + [July 20] + [August 20] + [Sept 20] + [Oct 20] + [Nov 20] + [Dec 20] + [Jan 21] + [Feb 21] + [March 21]

    Hi

shared the following screenshot before and recommended to create Column Layout as below. I think for trailing you need tp go more negative in months and add them up separately.

Thanks for your response. What we'd like to do is calculate all of this on the account schedule itself, with a single . We have something similar to this, but we're having trouble adding it to the Account Schedule.

I see. I do not think it is a way in account schedule. This is because account schedule uses Column Layout for such a calculation.

My suggestion is for Dashboard use Power BI. You need a license for it but if you have a few users that need to see a dashboard then you can create more informative dashboard and make it available in BC
