Show "Bad Request - Error in query syntax." when route queue to user and choose "Also remove the item(s) from the Queue"

To duplicate this issue you please follow some steps as below:

1. Navigate to "Service" menu > Service > Queues.

2. Select a "Activity" queue item and click on "Route" button on the ribbon bar.

3. Select "User/Team" option for "Route to" field.

4. - Select Yes at "Also remove the item(s) from the Queue" field
- Click on the search icon to search and select the required user.
- Click on the Route button.

Result: Show "Bad Request - Error in query syntax. "

    We have the same problem here unfortunately.

    However, if you use the PICK option and then choose to remove from the queue, everything works as it should. This (for us) defeats the object though as we require designated people to do all the work allocation rather than let the workers cherry pick what they work on.
