CRM 4 with Windows 7 64 bit, get offline sync error on Quote entity

MSG: Failed move data for entity "Quote" during action insert row. This error occurs when going offline in Outlook.  We are running CRM 4 with Rollup 9. We fixed this on our Windows 7 (32 bit) and  XP Pro systems with Outlook 2007 clients by installing SQL 2005 SP3.

I am now trying to get this to work on a Windows 7 (64 bit) computer. The problem is that I cannot get SP3 installed for the CRM Instance. I have tried both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions of SQL 2005 SP3. When ever I attempt going offline I get the above message.

    I contacted Microsoft and got the answer from their SQL team. The problem would have been better described as unable to install SQL 2005 SP3 on a 64 bit computer  to the CRM instance. The fix was to uninstall CRM 4 and then uninstall SQL. Next download and install the 64 bit version of SQL "SQLEXPR.EXE"  that has SP3 and install it with the advanced options and create the instance "CRM".  Once this is done do the normal CRM 4 install.
