business portal - with field service

I have never implemented Business Portal. I have a client on GP 10 sp5. They have the field service module. They are looking to have access to Field Service from there tech trucks. From what i can tell Field Service Anywhere is not available after version 9.

Is it possible to access the BP from an ipad or droid ? Just using the URL address?
