I want to add a column i.e., 'Created by' on the Purchase order page where the name of the user creating the order should be automatically displayed on the 'created by' column.

Hi guys,

I want to add a column i.e., 'Created by' on the Purchase order page where the name of the user creating the order should be automatically displayed on that 'created by' column.

Let me know is there is any way to do this.

Yes but I guess for how the question has been done that you won't an explanation from the scratch. So the first it's to know if you have the permissions and the license to do it that

Yes, you can do that, its a ID of the Users table.

You can find this field's ID "Created By" in the users table and show the name of the Users table in your page.

Yes, You can add a column in the purchase order list page named by "Created By" and add the users table for that page

You have to customize it....go to the development open purchase header table .. add or create a new field and name it accordingly...after adding the field go to the CAL and insert the user table data.

Hi, This is a standard feature if you are using the latest version of BC.

If you are using NAV, it needs to be customized.
