Adding CRM System Users through PowerShell - CRM 2015 On Premises

Hello all,

I'm looking for a quick way to add users to CRM via powershell then add Roles, Teams, Manager, etc.  I found one example of someone using Powershell to make an OData connection back into CRM, but I hoped there was a native tool through the CRM PowerShell snap-in.  Any suggestions if this is possible with some examples?

Thanks.
