I go to Sales -> sales trx entry, i put my invoice no, it come out the message " Your previous transaction-level posting session has not finished processing. Please allow time for it to finish. If you believe it has failed, logout GP and log back to recover transactions. Please advise. Thx.

That is a good question. The immediate cause is usually when a user is not able to exit Sales Transaction Entry cleanly, like getting booted out due to losing a connection. Other than that, I do not have an answer.
I have read the article to fix this issue, but what causes it?
