    Hi

What is a business need? I mean do you want to add .cdf file to blob or through configuration package?

It is an import file they are getting from their bank.  They do not want to have to save it as an Excel file.

    Thank

As far as I know this is not possible out of the box. You many need some development for this. Please see below article for different type of file (BAI2). Seems like it is a minor development.
