Unable to select Worker at packing station

Hi all, 

unfortunately I am not able to start the packing station in WMS. 

When starting the packing station the "Worker" is greyed out and I am not able to select a worker.

I did all the parameters according to the documentation and also did some user to worker relations  for the packing station, but this won't help.

    Looks like user logged in isn't connected with the Worker. Are you sure you've got that connection set up?

    Yes, I think that's all set up correctly.

    I have created a worker with my name and connected it to my workID that I use for login.

    All settings are identical of those of "Julie Funderbunk" from Contoso, where I did the setup as well.

    That is where you define connection between user and person, in your case warehouse worker.

    Hello Tilman,

    I hope you are doing well.

    You need to associate the HR worker record to the userID that is logged in under sysadmin - see below.

    1. Workers under HR:

    After doing so, the worker record will be recognized in the "Pack" form:

    Indeed, that was the missing part:

    Select the person on the user form.
