Existing Record form not showing for one of custom entity

Hi Experts,

Using Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premises, I have a custom entity for which the existing record form not displaying just showing loading message "Loading Business Logic.....".

It was working good yesterday, but today when I tried to open an existing record it is not working.

Please help.
