I am getting an error in the purchase requisition workflow that I created could you kindly help direct me to how i can resolve this?

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Cannot create a record in Alerts - event inbox data (EventInboxData). Inbox ID: 5637144790.
The record already exists.
