As a trusted cloud provider, Microsoft takes its customers privacy very seriously. As part of that commitment to trust, we will only provide logos, and access, to those customers that are on our public customer references site (customers.microsoft.com), and even then will not share their telemetry data, or other data, as covered by our services agreement.
That said, we do have many customers that match the above footprint, either live, or in the process of implementation. The best course of action is to synch with your local account team to discuss your customer's scenario, get guidance, and they can potentially facilitate further interactions directly with those applicable references if appropriate/warranted.
